Ayesha is a CRPO-registered psychotherapist whose experience spans diverse client populations, bringing invaluable expertise to her role in psychotherapy supervision.
Raised in a Pakistani Muslim immigrant household, Ayesha understands the cultural complexities many clients and therapists face, adding depth and empathy to her supervision style. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space, grounded in a strength-based and trauma-informed approach, for both individual, dyadic and group supervision sessions. Ayesha’s goal is to support supervisees as they refine their skills, whether they’re new to the profession or advancing in their careers.

Ayesha’s approach to clinical supervision draws from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, adapting each modality to best meet the needs of her supervisees. Committed to continual learning, Ayesha has recently completed advanced training in CBT and Complex PTSD, enhancing her ability to support therapists working through trauma-related challenges with clients.
